Kamath, Goyal figure in BW’s 25 Asian czars

KV Kamath, Mani Shankar Aiyar, R Mashelkar and Naresh Goyal have made it to BusinessWeek magazine’s annual Stars of Asia list.

This list chooses 25 leaders from Asia for crisis leadership, managerial ability, guiding role in innovation and social activism.

Mr Aiyar has been picked up for his deal-making spree and determination to secure India’s energy future while Jet Airways’ Naresh Goyal has been chosen for his vision of an international airlines that “would be profitable, and among the top five globally in terms if reliability and service”.

KV Kamath makes it to the list for bringing a technology revolution and a meritocratic culture that has transformed ICICI into India’s largest private bank.
