The Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy will organise a workshop on Konkani theatre here from July 29 to August 6.
A press release from Dugappa Kajekar, Registrar of the academy, says that participants will discuss a well-known play and stage it. Members of Konkani-speaking communities who are interested in participating in the workshop can submit applications to the academy at Mangalore City Corporation building, Lalbagh, Mangalore - 575003 on or before July 20.
Applicants should report at the academy office on July 25 at 4 pm for selection. Outstation candidates are eligible for allowances.
