Credit rating agency ICRA ltd today announced induction of four new directors into its board.
The new directors are former executive director of Asian Development Bank Piyush G Mankad, former chairman and senior partner PWC Amal Ganguli, executive vice president of Moody's Investor Service Chester VA Murray and group managing director of Moody's Asia Pacific Ltd Thomas J Keller.
Besides ICRA Management Consulting Services Ltd (IMACS), a wholly owned subsidiary of ICRA ltd has also inducted three new directors on its board.
Now the board of IMACS will have former executive director World Bank CM Vasudev, former chairman and CEO SBI Cap DP Roy and former CMD Bank of Baroda PS Shenoy as new directors.
