Uncle Pai enlightens teachers on their role

BELGAUM: Anant Pai, lovingly called ‘Uncle Pai’, addressed the teachers of Kendriya Vidyalaya No 2 and other neighbouring schools, on Thursday.

Pai spoke at length on self-esteem and the role teachers had to play in the lives of their students.

During his short stay in Belgaum, he will be meeting the students of Kendriya Vidyalaya No 2, members of Chinmaya Yuva Kendra and students of Gogte College of Commerce.

Anant Pai, a well-known educationist, has devoted a large part of his experience in organising and conducting activities, for the welfare of students. He is a ‘stockholder’ of the community, who shows others how to draw ‘dividends’ of contentment and prosperity.

Geeta Balagangadharan, Principal of the school, welcomed the guests.
