They are unethical. after asking to be cancelled they did not cancel my account, charged my credit card and claim that they have a no refund policy. when asked for the fed id # or bbb number they say they do not have one! i am taking them to court. it is more than my $100 for me now! i will make sure i expose their unethical practises and rude customer service
