Suggestions invited for textbook

Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy will formulate Konkani textbooks (as third optional language) for standards VII, VIII, IX, X and XI. The Academy, according to a release, has invited the suggestions of members of the Konkani community and “those who take pride in the Konkani language”. These suggestions stand a chance of being used when formulating textbooks, it said. The suggestions can be sent to Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy, Lalbagh, Mangalore-3 by September 10, it said.
